Thank you for your reply. It only seems to be on iPad on my Samsung I can go full screen.
Do you know if it is possible to change the error message that appears as it is currently not in english, and I would like to change it to my own message?

Nah issue was never resolved. I gave up on WP-Pro and used SlickQuiz instead.
