In reply to: [File Away] Download Not WorkingAh hah! I never tried the down arrow on the FlightBox. That works. What I was using was the “Download” button under the file listing itself, right next to the Select All button. I have a screenshot, but not sure how to attach it here.

When I try to download it I see a small spinning progress circle under the download button for a second or two, then at the bottom of the browser I see a “Waiting for maltedmeeple.com…” that stays there for about five to ten seconds, then nothing.

In reply to: [File Away] Download Not WorkingThey do appear to be encrypted, at least there is an encryption key on the setup page. Again that was by default, not intent.

You’ll need a log in, you can use “staff test” as user and “stest” as password.

I can’t see the shortcode itself, the FileAway button is included as a part of the WOffice “Projects” template.
