Hello @corytrevor Thank you so much for providing important workaround. As per your instructions I’ve tried deactivating the LearnDash LMS plugin and kept WooCommerce plugin active. Still my Divi Builder loading fine. And further I applied the same code change you mentioned in my staging site and it’s working now.
Now I just wanted to know do you have any code or filter that we can add to child theme so that while LearnDash plugin got updated the code changes should be kept.
Hello @mosesmedh I’ve LearnDash active but this is not causing any issue in my site. It’s already active and while I active the WooCommerce then problem started of 500 internal server error.
I’m debugging the issue in staging site in console
Showing issue of this page GET https://www.seniorsforsafedriving.com//wp-admin/et_body_layout/theme-builder-layout-3/?et_fb=1&PageSpeed=off&et_tb=1
500 internal server error
And the file it’s pointing in browser debugger is: https://www.seniorsforsafedriving.com/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/frontend-builder/build/theme-builder.js?ver=4.27.4Thank you @lovingbro Yes I just have contact the Divi Support and will keep you posted for further progress for this ticket. Please keep this ticket open until we got solution.
Hello @mosesmedh Thanks for the reply. Will contact Divi theme support as well once I’ve login details of the theme account from client. Also will reach out to you if I need anything further.
As you can see I tried everything to fix this issue and while nothing worked then only I asked here in this support ticket.
One thing I missed to note here is Theme Builder is working fine for pages and posts, just issue displaying while we try to open from Divi → Theme Builder > “Edit” (pencil) on a custom body/header template.
