Yes, I am sure that I am signed in with the correct WordPress.com account. Only the owner of the page can add the payment method. Again, the credit card is added in the account profile and is viewable in “Payment Methods.” The problem is that WooCommerce Shipping doesn’t seem to recognize the payment method is there and available to use.
