It turns out i did have PhpMyAdmin access after all through my web host.

Luckily i still had all of the login details for Dreamhost and from there it was fairly simple.

Thanks for the nudge in the right direction.

I am with Dreamhost, i think you might be correct about it being shared.

I just tried http://www.yourdomainnamehere.com/cpanel but that didn’t seem to work either, i will ask Dreamhost to see if they can help and get back to you with anything i find out.
