I had already tried what you suggested regarding the authenticators and device clock. After asking an AI its opinion, I tried both my cell phone’s camera and Google Lens. Only Google Lens was able to read the QR Code, and manual entry attempts had generated invalid token type. Since Lens worked, it was able to get added to Authy, but this is far from a seamless experience if 3 authenticators, the QR Code Reader on an Android Phone, and the camera on the same Android phone cannot read the QR Code at all.
