After installing Learnpress 3.0, the Certificate plug-in I bought on your site on the 28 of February 2018, stopped working. It refused activation, warning that the plug-in version would not fit the installed of Learnpress.
First of all, I think that releasing a live update without warning users of possible major implications is NOT a good practice. The certificate plug-in is a MAJOR ISSUE and costs money.
After contacting your customer service, I was told that I should upgrade the plug-in to a new version with no further details on how this should be done.
Since the 3.0 version of the Certificate plug-in is not visible on my download page, I presume that you expect users to BUY A NEW ONE, after buying the old one a few days ago.
The problem was corrected, got an email from your customer service with the new plug-in attached. Thank you
