Thank you for the help with my issue and your patience!
So…
There are no other conditions activated, and the pop-up is indeed activated (and displays a tick next to it). See screenshot:
http://tinypic.com/r/263zpu8/9I followed the flowchart (thanks for that, great resource!) and with all other plugins turned off it still doesnt display, and with a different theme activated the pop-ip still doesn’t display! 🙁
Have a look at my pop-up settings, just in case I am doing something obviously wrong (which I might be!). See screenshots:

http://tinypic.com/r/rck6fo/9In terms of the debug mode… I can’t seem to access the wp-config.php file properly (I copied it over from parent to the child theme directory via FTP).
Can’t understand why this still isnt working 🙁

Thanks for your messages. I found that I had to make the image quite small, as by default this theme displays at the images full size and there is no options anywhere to choose how big to display the header image.
I have tried looking in the header.php file in the UNiK theme and doesn’t seem obvious at all where I would change this setting. This is all I can see:

Thank you so much for the suggestion, I thought this was going to solve it – but unfortunately not!
After entering ‘www.010productions.com/wordpress/blog/’ into the box that you suggested (Without https://) and visiting the blog page on incognito mode and on a mobile device, it unfortunately still doesnt show up!
Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

Just chose to open in a new tab, which opens > Downloads the file > Closes the tab automatically once finished.

Unfortunately not, I’m not talking about the Post titles but section titles of a certain element called the accordian. Please see the page I am talking about here:

Booth Creation & Set-up
Audio & Visual
Signage
Invitee Process
RSVP & Onsite Registration
3rd Party Services
Business SupportI wanted to change these titles to Raleway, how would I do this and where would I insert the Css?

Absolutely fantastic – thank you so much! Have now added the Custom CCS into the theme and it’s exactly what I was looking for, really appreciate the help!
One more thing – is there any way to include arrows on the left and right hand sides of the plugin so that someone could click through the testimonials themselves?
If not, no problem as I imagine this would require a little more coding and would involve reducing the size of the plugin to make room for arrows either side?
Just thought it was worth the ask 🙂
