Hi, the website is mondaygroup.org.
Traffic is low – it’s a small site for a local community group.I have however had the plugin installed for a few months and definitely have traffic as contact forms and donation forms are submitted relatively frequently (every few days).

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Security after logout…Is there no way that the page could be prevented from being stored in the cache or something so that the page has to be loaded from scratch every time, even if just using the back button?
This would be so helpful…

In reply to: [Stripe Payment Gateway WooCommerce Addon] PCI ComplianceThanks for your reply!
I had seen this post, and perhaps I should have posted as a reply to that instead of creating a new thread.

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Not found, error 404Okay, I have success (if you can call it that). The plugin is now working – having reset the WordPress database. What had caused the problem I do not know, but at least I have resolved it now.
Unfortunately, and as a word of warning to anybody else who might try this, resetting your database to its original condition will loose all your customisations. Definitely do not reset the posts table in the database as then you would end up loosing all your content as well. If your at all unsure as to what affect resetting the database might have, read up on it first and always take a back up before working on a database.
I’m currently working to setup all my sites settings and plugin options as I’d had them before anything went wrong, so although it’s a fix, it’s a very long winded way of sorting it.

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Not found, error 404Thanks for the reply, but still no luck. Disabled all plugins, changed the permalink structure to default and then back again to reset it and then re-enabled just this plugin but still getting the 404 error on private pages and files.
I have literally no idea what’s going on, any more ideas?

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Not found, error 404Unfortunately I can’t offer you a solution but I have the same problem as you. This happened completely ‘out of the blue’ and I have tried reverting to the default wordpress 2012 theme as well as disabling all my other plugins yet still had no success.
Any ideas as to what’s causing this anybody?
What you have said to do is exactly what I did, sorry if I had not made that clear. Everything else in my wordpress install works completely normally and as it should. I had already done as you said and deleted all the ‘agca_’ options in the database after having deleted the plugin and reinstalled a fresh copy of it. Everything then works again now, but as soon as I try and use the dashboard page content options the whole plugin stops working and all the changes it had made revert to how they were before I installed it. This is very odd, as all the data is still correctly in the database and the plugin options pages are still displaying the settings I want, but still they have no effect.
It seems to just be an issue with the dashboard settings that keeps preventing it from working on my install?
Hi, I have the same problem. I installed the plugin earlier for the first time and everything seemed to work correctly, however I had to re-install (because of a problem with something else, not this plugin). Since then, it has not worked at all. I have even deleted all the corresponding tables in the database and then re-installed again, but still having no luck. I have tried in different browsers and cleared caches etc.
Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

In reply to: Theme is over riding the wordpress menuUnder the appearance section in your dashboard go to menus. Create a new menu and add the links you want in it in the right order. Save the menu. Now near the top right of the page you should have a box which says something along the lines of ‘Your theme supports one menu’. Select the menu you have just created and click save. Now look at your site. This will hopefully sort your problem.

In reply to: Login bar disappearedOk, glad it worked!

In reply to: Login bar disappearedIn the wordpress dashboard go to the users menu and select “Your Profile”. The last settings in the “Personal Options” section choose whether to display the admin bar or not. Check how these are set. Once you’ve set them how you want save changes and visit the site again. Hopefully the admin bar should now be there.
This is all I can think of, so I hope it works 🙂

In reply to: WARNING MALWARE DETECTEDYou’ll need an FTP connection to delete this file easily.
If you have one, log on to the server and navigate to “/wp-includes/js/” then delete the file called “l10n.js”
Hopefully that should do the trick.
If you encounter any problems with the site after deleting the file let me know and i’ll post the version of the file without the malware included, as well as instructions on how to re-create the file.

In reply to: WARNING MALWARE DETECTEDOk, hope it works. I think the file is a javascript file, rather than an image, which could have been uploaded through a theme or plugin, or you site might have been hacked. Can I suggest that once you’ve deleted the file you change any administrator passwords just to be on the safe side.
Let me know if you have any success.

In reply to: WARNING MALWARE DETECTEDI have scanned your site with sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner and malware has been detected in the following file:
http://www.surreybeekeeper.co.uk/wp-includes/js/l10n.js?ver=20101110
Maybe you could try deleting this file and seeing if it makes a difference?
Maybe you could edit the file to remove the malware – Scan the site for yourself to get full information on where the malware is located.
Hope this helps.
