Update:
The issue got resolved after I increased the PHP limit on the server. It’s slower but it works now.
Thank you for the insight!
I have passed the information to the theme developer, hopefully they will have a resolution to it soon.
I have another question regarding the pagination after sorting products with the product filter, but I guess I will open a new topic since it will be off-topic to put it here.
Thanks!
Hi,
We’ve upgraded the server speed from 8GB to 16GB.
It seems to be filtering a bit faster but not by much.
We also noticed after filtering, the product images do not show (or it takes so long that we think it doesn’t show).
But once we refreshing the page, the product image show.
Can you advise us on the issue and how to resolve it?
Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks, yes I am using the latest version of Yoast SEO.
I made some changes with the product category structure and set primary categories, and it seems to have worked!
Thanks!

Oh okay,
I thought I had to click “Add” after the on-click event to confirm the on-click setting. It turns out clicking the “Add” actually added an on-load event under.
It’s removed now and it works like a charm!
The unchecking of the “enable content scrolling” also worked!
Thanks!
Forgot to include,
My wordpress version is 5.5, and Popup builder version is Version 3.68.4.
Hi,
The slide_to_scroll=”1″ worked for me!
Thanks!
Hi,
it’s been a long time since this issue happened and the website has already passed over to the client, so I cannot test out if it works or not.
Thanks
Update:
I have installed the WCM 4.9.6 release, and it seemed the problem is partially fixed.
After testing, it seems that on iOS mobile (maybe desktop or laptops too but I don’t have one to test), if users were to take a photo on spot (clicking the Upload ID button will prompt user whether to open the camera app to take a photo or upload a photo from the media storage), then the “Billing Photo ID is a required field” will show.
However, if users upload a photo, then the form submits properly. On Android phones, taking a photo on the spot or uploading a photo both work.
It is very inconvenient for the users (especially mobile) because most of them probably will not take a photo prior to filling the checkout form, and will most likely choose the problematic way (taking a photo on spot).
Please advise! Thanks!
PHP – 7.3
WCM – 4.9.6
WP – 5.3.2
WOOCOMMERCE – 3.8.1I found a solution, just added a button in the page that leads to the video.
I am marking this as resolved.
