I tried some other GDPR-plugins and got the exact same problem with them, so the issue was not with your plugin specifically. The fix I found was to override both frontend and backend styling of said plugins from the settings of my wordpress theme (OP3). Thank you anyway!

Forget the last addition, got subscribe2 to work by adding xml:lang="fi". Facebook is still broken though.
Addition:
I’m also using Subscribe2-plugin for email notifications. It also fails to show that post excerpt correctly.
