Why do you want to edit the file?
en,all-in-one-seo default is suitable for english
but i use the chinese language on my blog
so i mast do some changes to make it work fine.
to your second question,
ex,use the Notepad ++ to open this file ,it’s also can’t display some chars. will broken this file if i edit it anyway?
