You are correct, I want visitors to reply on a comment only, they can’t make a fresh comment.
You are also correct that Our visitors can reply without logging-in, we do not require visitors to mention their email or name. Instead we hold all posts for approval.
So I am hoping you know a way for ONLY those who are logged in and Administrators would have the ability to post the first message (fresh comment).
