I’ve managed to clear the malware and my xmlrpc.php file is now fixed. I was able to re-connect my site to JetPack again!

Thank you for your detailed response! I’m currently working with my host provider in solving this issue. Unfortunately, it looks like it’s a javascript malware and we’re trying to fix it. I will let you know if we are successful or not. Thank you!
