Hi @rohanganesh,
This might be a theme conflict, I suspect that your header shouldn’t extend it’s height that much.
To fix this, would you mind adding the snippet below to Appearances → Customize → Additional CSS and see if it does fix the issue?
#et-main-area{margin-top:124px;}I just tested this on both mobile and table views for the calendar page and it’s single event pages.
Let me know how it goes.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Inappropriate Error MessageHey, jewebdes.
Just a quick update here, we’re not able to reproduce the problem on our end. I am just curious if you have any caching installed, would you mind temporarily disabling it and see if it resolves the issue? You could also refer to this article on how to proceed with full conflict testing → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
It may be worth a shot to re-install our plugins as well.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Having multiple styling issuesHi @gizmosrealm,
I am glad that you were able to work your way around the CSS issue. As for these items:
I would like to be able to show ALL past and upcoming events. At least since September 1, 2023.
We have an article that will guide you with this → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/past-events/
Your past event link should be → https://jonathansnydermusic.com/events/list/?eventDisplay=past
Make sure that you have set your desired option here → WP-ADMIN → Events → Settings → Move to trash events older thanI’d like to be able to change the header for each event. I managed to change the header for the main EVENT page with CSS. But can’t seem to get it to stick for other events.
Can you try this sample snippet with an updated selector if this works on your end?body.single-tribe_events #Header_wrapper { background-image: url(https://jonathansnydermusic.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/Venetian-Theater_01.jpg) !important; }
Let me know how it goes or if I am missing something here.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Inappropriate Error MessageHey @jewebdes.
Thanks for that information. Would you mind upgrading your PHP version to at least PHP 8.1 and see if that solves the issue?
In the meantime, I will ask the team about this and will get back to you as soon as possible.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Having multiple styling issuesHi @gizmosrealm
I see that you’re using LiteSpeed and this might be caching related. If you have the plugin installed, kindly follow this article to check if it’s properly configured → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/litespeed-cache/
This article also guides you on how to clear the cache on the server side of things → https://www.greengeeks.com/support/article/clear-litespeed-cache/
If this doesn’t help, you could try to temporarily change the default template and see if the changes reflect on your calendar view WP-ADMIN → Events → Settings → Display → Event template

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] New events for 2024 do not display. I get 404 not foundHi @btinavc,
You should insert that snippet on your current active theme’s function file. Based on the paths you’ve sent there are two of them.
If you’re using Sport theme then kindly add it here → /public_html/wp-content/themes/sport/functions.php
Or here → /public_html/wp-content/themes/twentytwentyfour/functions.php, if you’re using TweentyTwenty Four if you’re using TwentyTwenty Four.
As for the second question, I am just curious if that issue exists on calendar views or on its single pages. Can you provide more details like screenshots for us to have a better grasp on how things went on your end? Do you have any caching plugins or services installed? If yes, kindly temporarily disable them to see if it resolves the issue.
I would like to add that please do not share any credentials or any sensitive information on your screenshots/recordings, this is for us to follow the WordPress Forum Guidelines and for your safety as well.
If you haven’t fully migrated to version 6 your calendar needs an upgrade, kindly follow what my colleague suggested.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Sort on Date in alphabetical not by dateHi @franck35760,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I was unable to replicate this issue, I can sort the events by the end date on my end.
https://share.zight.com/p9uYoqD8
https://share.zight.com/geu1K99kIn the event screen, it’s also not working because 2023 events appeared as “dd mmmm” instead of “dd mmmm”.
So, it’s very complicated to delete older events. Can you clarify the statement above? Also, could you provide me a screenshot/screen recording of what you see on your end? Lastly, kindly check the event with an ending year of 1970 if the date information is correct.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Image link lost after image optimizationHi @franck35760
Thanks for reaching out.
I would like to note here, that we don’t directly support customizations such as this. But I’d like to point you in the right direction.
You might want to check this file to manually replace the extension to .webp
→ the-events-calendar\src\views\v2\list\event\featured-image.php
Then do the same thing with this filter tribe_event_featured_image , which returns the featured image HTML value for single event pages → https://docs.theeventscalendar.com/reference/hooks/tribe_event_featured_image/Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Calendar does not appear!-calendar-template
Hi @mmeyno,
Thanks for reaching out to us
Just to make sure you have changed the template in WP-ADMIN → Events → Settings → Display → Event template to the Default Page template or any of the theme’s custom templates and the calendar page is still empty right? If you have any caching or optimization plugins or services kindly disable them as well and see if it fixes the issue.
If that doesn’t help, please proceed with this article → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ as there might be an ongoing theme or plugin conflict going on.
