I’m sorry but there are two issues now :
The link at the bottom of the page is no longer a link, but we must copy / paste the address.
The PDF document is no longer sent as an attachment to the site owner by email. The received email has only text without the PDF.
Sorry for that..
if i go back to 5.3.2 it s good 🙂

i downgraded to contact form 5.3.2 and it ‘s ok.So :
Wordpress : 5.6.2
Contact form 7 : 5.3.2 = ok and 5.4 : not ok
PDF FORM FILLER (in french : PDF Formulaires de remplissage pour Formulaire de contact 7) : 1.3.3
PHP : PHP 7.4 + MySQL 5.7Thank you 🙂
