Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Blog Page Showing Home Rather Than PostsThe theme Modernize is good with this.
Hey Nikos, I had the same question. Here is the answer:
– go to your WP backend
– see in left column, Gallery
– Under Gallery> Options
– see tab along top, Gallery (4th along next to General Options, Thumbnails, etc)
– “Number of images per page”Cheers

In reply to: Cannot Login(to above) Like a brand new installation altogether? I would assume it would work but frankly I’m afraid to do that at this point. I estimate 20 hours have got into having it look like this (reflect properly).
A website that I can log into, but that is 2011 theme with none of my content, is of no use to me? What is the direction you are trying to advise…?
I’f you’re curious my theme is Modernize by Good layers.
Thank-you

In reply to: Cannot LoginI just did number 2 again trying the way through PHPMyAdmin and changing active_plugins to a:0:{}
No luck either.
I’ve since reverted back.
Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: Cannot LoginI have done number 1.
I have done number 2 using this method:
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder (directory)
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename the folder “plugins” to “plugins.hold”
Login to your WordPress administration menus (/wp-admin)
Via FTP or your host’s file manager, rename “plugins.hold” back to “plugins”Regarding number 3, I’ve done that also was set back as the newer default install files were seeminly not compatible with my new wp-content folder (I’m guessing) so the visual website broke.
Does this help you figure out another solution?
