Did it really take them three weeks to resolve your issue? I reported the issue yesterday and from what it looked like, I should get a response in 24-48 hours!
Same here! It’s so frustrating!!!! Just started happening as of yesterday for me. I’ve sent the problem to Jetpack support, but I haven’t heard anything yet!
