    Hello @aqspring,

Thank you for the update and for sharing the Site Health information.

We were able to reproduce the issue you described on our end. Based on our investigation so far, the export date/time discrepancy appears to be related to sites where High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) is not enabled.

We are currently working on a fix and plan to include it in an upcoming patch release.

We’ll update this thread as soon as the patch is available.

    Hello @aqspring,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We understand that the order date and time in your export file appear different from what is shown on the WooCommerce order edit page, and that the website timezone (GMT+9) seems to be applied additionally.

Our plugin exports the order date and time exactly as displayed on the WooCommerce order edit page, which uses the site’s configured timezone. When you mention the “original timezone,” could you please clarify what you are referring to? This will help us better understand the discrepancy.

At the moment, we were unable to reproduce this issue with order export on our end. However, while reviewing your report, we did identify a separate issue related to order import date and time, which will be addressed in an upcoming patch.

To help us investigate this further, could you please share your Site Health information? You can find it under Tools > Site Health > Info, and share the details with us via this link so we can better understand your system environment.

    Hi @unbosomjam,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We checked the options you listed and found that the following options are associated with our plugins:

    1. WordPress Comments Import Export
      • cmt_ex_im_option
      • wtcmtie_start_date
    2. Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce
      • wt_ord_plugin_installed_date
    3. Order XML File Export Import for WooCommerce (deprecated)
      • wt_ord_xml_plugin_installed_date
    4. Product Reviews Import Export for WooCommerce (deprecated)
      • wtpripre_start_date

If these plugins are no longer installed on your site, you may safely remove their related options from the database. If you reinstall any of these plugins in the future, you may need to configure their settings again.

As for the option wts_eae_elements, we can confirm that it does not belong to any of our plugins. Based on the option name, it appears to be related to an Elementor addon that may have been installed on your site.

    Hi @argyk98,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while regarding the product sync details and log files, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved.

If you still need help getting the remaining product variations to sync over to Facebook, please feel free to follow up on this or open a new thread!

    Hi @argyk98,

    Thanks for the update.

Since some simple products and variations are syncing correctly while others are missing, we’ll need to verify whether all products were fully processed during the sync.

Could you please share the following information from your site:

    1. The total number of simple products
    2. The total number of variable products and variations
    3. The batch count value used in the plugin for the Facebook sync

Also, please check the latest wt-feed-upload log under WooCommerce > Status > Logs and let us know:

    1. How many times “Requested Product Data” section appear?
    2. Whether any Batch Response entries contain empty handles values or errors
    3. Whether ids_of_invalid_requests contains any products
    4. The errors_total_count value shown in the Batch Status Response

It would also be helpful if you could share the log file (wt-feed-upload log under WooCommerce > Status > Logs) with us privately via this link to have a better understanding.

    Hi @argyk98,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We understand that some of your synced products are not showing up on Facebook. Product variations are synced by default through our plugin, and there is no separate setting required to enable them.

Could you kindly confirm whether any filters or other restrictions were applied while creating the Facebook sync feed?

    Additionally, please check the following:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    2. Select the log file named similar to wt-feed-upload
    3. Check whether the product variations are included in the sync log

Also, please review the Facebook Commerce Manager > Products section and see if any errors or warnings are displayed for the missing products.
