Same here, the visual editor is not working with WP 3.4.1 It’s a shame too, this is a really useful plugin for end-users who want to use widget areas, but don’t know html.
Open the Roles for Administrator and You’ll notice that the Headway permissions are added, but not automatically checked (3 or 4) . Check those, Save, and you should be all set.
