Thanks for your comment.
I rolled back to previous versions.
I found out that I need 1.3.64 to fix these problems.

Edit
On the changelog of version 1.3.65 I’ll see:

Fixed: access settings in home page and posts conflict

Looks like they broke it instead of fixed it.
Or am I doing something wrong?
