I tried to do the import, but there appears to be no option for the xml specifically for Contact 7 in WP 6.9

    These are the options:

    Blogger
Import posts, comments, and users from a Blogger blog.
    Categories and Tags Converter
Convert existing categories to tags or tags to categories, selectively.
    LiveJournal
Import posts from LiveJournal using their API.
    Movable Type and TypePad
Import posts and comments from a Movable Type or TypePad blog.
    RSS
Import posts from an RSS feed.
    Tumblr
Import posts & media from Tumblr using their API.
    WooCommerce products (CSV)
Import products to your store via a csv file.
    WooCommerce tax rates (CSV)
Import tax rates to your store via a csv file.

    WordPress
Import posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags from a WordPress export file.

Thanks there was NO option for data or all, just an xml file:

In the Export menu, choose Contact Forms if you want to export contact form data only. You can also choose All content (this includes contact form data).

thanks. I removed any custom css, but now on one gallery I am not seeing all the info like I used to. https://arton12.com/our-artists/ this page used to have captions and descriptions visible and hyperlinks to their own websites (if they have them) were clickable. Now it seems they are visible but unlinked. I was using code in descriptions like <a href=”https://arton12.com/our-artists/&#8221; target=”blank”>https://arton12.com/our-artists/</a&gt; Any thoughts on how to recover this functionality? It seems like FG is stripping out the links.

I would if I could find it! Not sure what plugin is doing it. I don’t have another security plugin. Any ideas?

    Hello,

The issue appears to have been with the WordFence plugin. With this
disabled logins go through with out issue. I have left this plugin
    deactivated for the time being.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you and have a nice day,
[ Sig deleted, don’t do that here ]

Thank you I am seeing a couple of errors: I was able to manually backup but noticed it hasn’t auto updated since November.

There was a problem spawning a call to the WP-Cron system on your site. This means WP-Cron events on your site may not work. The problem was:

cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 3002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

This is the only file that shows with search for Upddraft:

    Select this row updraftplus_clean_temporary_files February 14, 2025 7:39 am
    4 hours 42 minutesUpdraftPlus_Filesystem_Functions::clean_temporary_files()Twice Daily

Okay I found out that the problem is the images when I put everything into matching columns from the woo export. It seems that the images exported from Shopify have some type of embedded code that takes them back to shopify.

/3_da0db9f4-3f0a-420d-8d98-0cd5cc7a19fd_large.jpg%EF%B9%96v=1543526303.webp or sftp://server//usr/home/ben /public_html/ben .com/wp-content/images/B271E001_large.jpg%EF%B9%96v=1543604834.jxl When I try to delete the external code to B271E001_large.jpg it is not found, and or B271E001_large.jpg ? v=1543604834.jxl it tries to create a URL that loops.

So apparently I can’t get a clean export of the images from Shopify.

thank you and I will try a download csv from the existing catalog and see if I can match the columns and will let you know Tuesday as I am away from my home office tomorrow to work on site. I’ll do a small test upload and see if it works.

thank you . Yes I am going from shopify and exported to csv and tried to align the fields, but it failed although it said it imported. I at work today so I will find the docs tomorrow but it was said to separate images in a single column by a comma and use the Image/Gallery field which is not in the importer. I have downloaded a csv from the existing product gallery to try and match up, but there seems to be no field for extra images.

Now, I used relative links for images instead of full urls. I don’t know if that would be a problem.

I found this info on the Etsy import page:
When Etsy product has multiple images, none of the images are imported. When an Etsy product has multiple images, these images have their own separate column headers in the CSV (e.g., IMAGE1, IMAGE2, etc.). However, WooCommerce requires a CSV to have a single column for images. Products with multiple images can have the image URLs contained within that single column, and the URLs are separated by commas. To fix the multiple product images issue, modify the CSV slightly so that all of the images in the IMAGE1, IMAGE2, IMAGE3, and IMAGE4 columns are combined into one.

Well the issue is the incompatibility with Fastest Cache with the Subscription in Boost. I get my fastest load times with FC but it prevents the Sub email field from showing. Boost Caching drops my mobile from 60 to 39 vs. FC.

So, I disabled WP Fastest Cache Premium and the text box appears. I reenabled it and my speed jumped to 74 mobile, but the text box disappeared. I disabled it and my mobile speed dropped back to 41. I then enabled caching in Boost and it did not improve my speed. I also turned off all other caching plugins and left them off. I’m focussing only one WP Fastest and Boost’s . I then disabled Boost’s caching and my desktop speed went from 73 to 84, but mobile stayed at 41.

After installing the entire woo plugin manually via FTP and with some help from my HOST, who disabled the plugin entirely for me (they had to do it!) I was able to get back into recovery mode and turn the plugin on after my manual update. IT now works, but my entire site was down for 43 minutes. NOT GOOD>

No still an issue. I cannot unmanage all my client sites just to post to FB.

I am NOT a fan of Meta Business in general. Does removing a page from a business account prevent me from managing the page as I had done in the past?

Also, when I go either to business settings or meta it says the page is in MY account. I can’t remove it. I created these pages for clients and rather than try to have them set them up, which was not part of their technical know-how, I put the pages under my account. So I don’t think I can use Jetpack for several client pages any longer. Meta is controlling me rather than the other way around.

Meta moved them automatically into the Meta universe whether I wanted them there or not.
