After resting for a day I decided to get back to work the following day and look into the plugin folder of osTicket WP Bridge. Noticing the footer.php in the templates folder, I opened this and noticed the code sitting there… laughing at me…
The one I needed to remove was this one: <?php get_sidebar( ‘content’ ); ?>
Hope this helps anyone else using a custom theme!
