(well… 5 and 4 stars work, so we hope they just not choose any lower amount of stars haha, then it’s not urgent..)
I have the exact same problem and indeed, it is a “general” URL that customers get (in our case: https://inezbakery.be/?trustindex-collector-support-feedback&rating=3) so test or not .. it doesn’t work.
Also the button to write a negative review instead of contacting us doesn’t work..?
