After checking with one of the Hustle leads I was able to confirm Hustle does have the appropriate check in place for that class in the Aweber api.
if (!class_exists('CurlResponse')) require_once('curl_response.php');It may be another plugin that is not running the check. We will keep an eye on this to see if there is a better solution for the future.
