In reply to: [Ultimeter] Is Ultimeter tested up to 5.7.1?Thanks for the quick response! We saw the 5.6.3 testing. We’ll wait to recommend until it’s current.

In reply to: [MaxButtons - Create buttons] Share post to InstagramYes, this is about the share add-on.
When I click on the “Instagram” share button, the word “Follow” appears, and a click goes to the Instagram account page. It doesn’t share the featured image from the page as a new Instagram post. How do we activate “Share” rather than “Follow”?

In reply to: [Zapier for WordPress] Error Message on ActivationWe received the same error. Here’s a support thread on this issue:

In reply to: [Zapier for WordPress] The plugin does not have a valid header.I had this problem, as well, and reported it via the requested support link. Here was the thread.

I tried installing the required WordPress Zapier plugin and got the following error:
The plugin does not have a valid header.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/zapier/ Version 1.0.2.
I also received this error: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.
So I couldn’t even get started.
We’re at current WordPress version 5.6.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out! Happy to help.
This actually seems to be a WordPress issue that isn’t specific to Zapier. Here’s an old thread from a few years ago on WordPress’s support site where someone reported the same thing for Etsy.
Based on the forum discussions, this error can happen when you try to activate the plugin from the same screen you install it from. Instead, I’d suggest navigating to the plugins page and clicking ‘Activate’ from there. Would you mind giving that a try and letting me know if you’re still having trouble?
As for the version number, the plugin supports v5.0 and higher. It may be that it hasn’t been tested with your specific variant, but I’m not sure that would actually block you from using it. My hunch would be that resolving the primary issue will get us up and running.

Thank you for your rapid response.
However, in the thread you referenced, the developer resolved the problem. WordPress had simply warned against an incorrect plugin, as they should do.
I would like to hear that Zapier is working to resolve the issue with the plugin rather than ask potential customers to work around it.

In reply to: [Videojs HTML5 Player] Autoplay not working on mobile browsersMute the sound in the shortcode and test again. I found that got around new browser restrictions regarding autoplay of videos with sound.

In reply to: [Videojs HTML5 Player] Autoplay not working.I have learned that muting the audio allows autoplay on Chrome and Safari due to recent changes demoting autoplay with sound. When I added that to the shortcode, it then autoplayed across browsers.
Wow. Thank you for the info.

Love this plugin.
I’d be so very interested in CPT/Pods support, too!

In reply to: [Gallery Lightbox] Display image caption in lightboxIn the screenshot on the plugin page, you show a caption over the lightbox image. I am not seeing any caption — filename or gallery image description.
Also, what do you mean by setting the image ALT? The screenshot link isn’t working.
TIA!
