Thank you! That solved the problem. However, there is a correction that needs to be made. If you select “Do you want to block homepage” it will not work. Leave that unchecked.
What I am doing with this is creating two eStore pages. One has product that is restricted sale outside of the U.S. The other page has products that can be sold in both the US and internationally. I’ve blocked the US page using IQCB and the steps you provided above. By putting a redirect code into the Message field on the Home tab, when an international customer clicks on the eStore tab in WP, they are taken to the international page.
So far this plug-in does what it says! Doing it the old way without this plug in meant I had to manually serve products via e-mail. Thanks for the solution!
