thanks for the reply. I checked what you suggested and it is set to default. The theme I use is Virtue. i don’t see anything in there, but will search again.
Do I have to resort to a plugin?

I don’t sell cars. I sell regular “stuff” using Woocommerce. For the life of me, I can’t seem to re-order the way products are displayed on my site.
I go to Woocommerce > Products >Sort Products. It allows me to drag and drop products, which I do. I click ‘apply’. I look at my site, hit refresh, and the products still haven’t changed the way they are displayed.

When I go back to my admin area, the product order look good, just like I arranged it. I try to whole process again – nothing. Aarrggghhhhhh! What am I doing wrong? i shouldn’t have to add a plugin to do such a basic function as changing the display order.

    Help please!

When you’re setting up the products in your store, go to WooCommerce>Products. Scroll to Product Data. Change from Simple Product to Varible Product. Click the Attributes tab and add whatever you need like size or color. Save. Then click Variations and tell WP to build your variations from the attributes you just created. When they appear, click in the blank space next to each one. A section opens where you can fill in all the details for that particular variation. You can enter different information for each one or the same, whatever you want. Go through all your variations and click Save. That should do it.
