Not sure what happened but I renamed the permalink and now it works.

Thanks ModDish! The hard code width did the trick for the list view. I uploaded dedicated thumbnail images for the grid view.
I found that the refresh rate is in the php file. It is set to refresh the cache every six hours(21600 seconds). You will have to go in an manually change the rate if you want it to update sooner. I ended up leaving it as is.
