I concur. However after speaking with them 2x today, they stridently redirected my inquiry to WordPress. They deny acting as a domain holder but act more like a broker for domain names. They directed me to you.

Whois shows they are the registrar. They totally deny being my domain holder and insist it is you.

So there is a definite disconnect in the process. I am now left no smarter than when I began my quest earlier today. I have no idea how to renew my domain name: earthplanllc.com
