Solved. The email setup was wrong in the Support Email (Outgoing).

thanks for your reply.
I confirm the requestor email field is valid and the error occurred on all the tickets.
I think the problem come from the submit button, my licence is correctly activate but the submit button label stay “submit as free…”.
