In reply to: "Publish" has been replaced with "Submit for Review"My web host just helped me fix my issue. I’m very appreciative of their help, but I’m at the same time a bit aggravated with them because I called them a week ago when the issue first started.
My database was out of space. We created a second database and merged the old one with it. Everything works perfectly now!

As you instructed me, I FTP’ed and reset the plugins, but it didn’t fix my issue.
I also re-uploaded wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress. It didn’t fix my issue.
Any other ideas?

Thank you so much for your quick response!
I followed through with your instructions. When I got to “wp_capabilities”, it was already set to what you told me to change it to. I went ahead and copied your line from above and pasted into my database just to be sure. Unfortunately, it did not fix my issue.
Any other thoughts?
