Disqus responded to my support email and now it works. I had to remove the following line from my header.php file.
<script type=”text/javascript”>var disqus_iframe_css = “<?php bloginfo(‘stylesheet_directory’); ?>/disqus.css”;</script>
Did you fine a place to set disqus_developer using the admin section? I cant find it in the settings and i would prefer not to modify the plugin’s code so i don’t by mistake upload the changes to the live site.

Title should be “Moved WP, NOW all pages are listing all posts and pages”
