In reply to: Telling a user their comment is awaiting approvalI did that unfortunately. The plugins were the first thing that sprang to mind, yet even with all of them off (including Hello Dolly), the problem still persists.

In reply to: Telling a user their comment is awaiting approvalYes, I have set all the moderation settings, but the problem still persists. Maybe there’s a problem with the code?
I checked the following:
Before a comment appears- An administrator must always approve the comment
- Comment author must have a previously approved comment
I’m still getting the same error. I do suspect it’s a bug within my theme, which isn’t really what I wanted to hear 🙁

I do have plugins installed. I deactivated them all and still got no editor. I’ve even switched back to the TwentyEleven (and TwentyTen) theme and still nothing 🙁
I re-installed WordPress using FileZilla.
This is one of the strangest errors I have ever come across whilst using WordPress.
