In reply to: User not found?Still getting an error when I click “View your profile” (which tries to open https://wordpress.org/support/profile/jayceorpan). However, when I click on my gravatar (which tries to open https://profiles.wordpress.org/jayceorpan/), it goes to my profile where I was able to change my name.
Personally, I think the developers at WordPress.org are messing with things.

You need to go to WordPress.com to get help with that. You’re on WordPress.org which is for help with issues on your own servers.

Hmmm… I had very similar errors. My client’s site was going extremely slow in the admin area. I looked for help and found your post. When I tried to view your post, I got a 502 error. I hit refresh and it recovered.
I signed into another client’s site and found no issues.
I went back to the site that was having the issues. Suddenly, everything is fine.
Because of getting the 502 error, my guess is that it was an issue with wordpress.org!
Or, if it was some issue from my hosting provider, they fixed it while I was investigating!
