Thank you very much Elvira. In the other email you told me to add an exception about the ip restrictions for our upload folder. Can you tell me how can I find out that IP?

It’s weird, because we’ve always kept the same settings, we haven’t touched anything and the emails arrived perfectly.
The email that we put for notifications was not an email associated with the web domain and they were sent correctly.
I have installed the wp mail log and the emails are recorded, but they do not arrive. 🙁
We have not touched anything in the plugin configuration or the web.

Any other ideas what might be going on?
