Hi! Thanks a lot for that resource! It has helped a lot!
There is still a piece of the puzzle missing!
Now i’m able to bulk add locations, postal codes, and i can create several shipping methods for each location, but i cannot configure those shipping methods.
The solution mentioned covers updating 3 woocommerce tables, there should be one more that defines those shipping methods’ names, prices, etc, as seen in this screenshot:

Any further ideas??
