We’d like to inform you that we have tested the plugin again and found no issues the issues maybe from the customization or third party plugins and the tickets are not lost if you provide the ticket number we can look into it from our end.

@larryhir you got that right that is causing the conflict however only one category can be selected multiple categories cannot be selected for an event.

@ph59 We’d like to inform you that if you disable account required that should allow everyone to post the event. Please delete the plugin and install again if its the same open a ticket in our support console we will look into it.
