@joncon62 We’d like to inform you that we have chnaged the function because of vulnerabily. However please follow the below steps for now we will add the filter in our upcoming version.

In the wp-event-manager-template.php file, within the get_event_manager_template() function, you’ll find the following section:

$allowed_paths = [
    realpath(get_stylesheet_directory() . '/' . $template_path),
    realpath(get_template_directory() . '/' . $template_path),
    realpath($default_path),
    realpath(EVENT_MANAGER_PLUGIN_DIR . '/templates'),
];

To support template overrides from your plugin, simply add your plugin’s template directory path to this array. For example:

realpath(WP_PLUGIN_DIR . '/your-plugin-name/templates'),

Replace your-plugin-name with the actual directory name of your plugin.

This change will allow templates from your plugin to pass the validation and be used as expected.
