Hello,
@mairj2304 please make sure that you have installed the version 3.1.45.1 and you are still facing the issue please delete the plugin and install again. You wont lose the data if you disable delete data during uninstall in the settings section.

Please don’t forget to delete the current version before installing the new version. Data will not be deleted if you disable delete data during uninstall under the settings section.

@metal-pilse Please check if the registration is confirmed if the status is new, pending the notification will not be sent and install wp mail smtp plugin and configure it the issue will also be with your email server.
