We are able to import the user data but it does not include he order details. Are there any possibilities that we able to include this information?

Sorry you are correct we are currently using version 2.16 for Import Members from CSV plugin. Refer to https://prnt.sc/iwhlzk
1) You cannot use the Membership Level label in the membership_id column

A: We are currently using this date format (YYYY-MM-DD) in importing the membership_startdate. Can you give us a sample on how we can import this field effectively?
