found the answer myself thanks too Permalink Fix & Disable Canonical Redirects Pack this plugin saved my life!
Well im trying to get the red and black header to auto stretch or center like the rest of the page. I have the page set to percent vs. absolute. The banner is aligned to the left and left with empty space to the right of it.
