In reply to: [CubePoints] Paid Content ShortcodeJ.D. –
Amazing! Thanks for the module, this is indeed exactly what I was looking for! When I was testing out the shortcode I did however notice a problem when using it on my Home Page. Once I clicked the button to spend points and show the protected content it changed my home page to all my recent posts from my blog. I am using a static Home page instead of my latest posts so maybe there is an issue with this. Oddly this only happened when I was on my admin account (it also removed all my buttons on the admin bar), when I tried the same thing on another subscriber account this did not happen.
Also, I was hoping to use this in some cases within a Contact Form 7 form – such that a user would need to spend points to access the submit button in order to submit their form. When I tried this, clicking the button to spend points for the protected content actually submitted the CF7 form. Is there a way for this to work?
Thanks again for posting the module though, this feature is really awesome.

In reply to: [CubePoints] Paid Content ShortcodeI should also add that I’m looking for a short code parameter of “amount” to be filled in depending on how much you want the paid content to be for. So it would go:
[paid-content amount=”10″] You’re paid content would go here. [/paid-content]
This would cost the user 10 points to access the enclosed content.
Thanks

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Modules] Default Value for User InformationNvm, I found my resolution in another thread. It seems changing the name of the hidden field affects the auto populate function. I’ve left the default naming of “hidden-xxx” and it’s working fine.
Thanks again!

In reply to: Shortcode to show a user's display nameFigured it out.
Nope, that was it. I meant to post this sooner but the day after I posted the above I checked again and it worked just fine! I toggled the “Uploads Require Approval” button on and off and saved the new settings and that seemed to do the trick. Not sure exactly what was happening but it’s working perfect now.
Thanks again dyabol.

In reply to: [Mobile Native Android App Maker for WordPress] Error Loading Mobile SiteLooks like that was the issue. I installed on a clean version of WordPress and it worked perfect.
Thanks!
Hi dyabol,
Thanks for the solution this works beautifully! There is one thing I still can’t figure out with your solution though. Uploading an image with your new Gallery select option doesn’t seem to be following the options set for whether or not the photo should be excluded for review/approval first. It seems to be defaulting the image to being excluded until further approval is given even when that option is not selected. I’m looking for the image to be uploaded to the selected gallery immediately upon submitting.
Thanks again for working on this solution though, this is extremely helpful.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Modules] Default Value for User InformationThanks for the feedback and addition to the Plugin!
Unfortunately I’m still having issues when trying to use the new default values. When I add “user_name”, “user_email”, etc. to the “Default value (optional)” field it does indeed autopopulate the form with that value but it’s populating the field with “user_name” and not dynamically changing to the logged in user’s name/email/etc.
Can you provide any help with this?
Thanks in advance!
Could I add a simple addition to the code to exclude certain pages from having to enter the password. Really I will only have a few I don’t want password protected compared to basically the entire site I would like password protected.
Thanks for the help.
I have a similar question. I would like to password protect individual pages of my website using your plugin. My goal is to prevent visitors from even accessing and seeing the website (for specific pages only) until the password is entered. Unfortunately the option you mention above that’s built into WordPress doesn’t restrict access to the page, it only blocks specific content (but visitors can still access the website and see the header, menu, sidebar widgets, footer, etc.).
Is this possible?
