I see, perfect. Thank you very much again!!!
Hello,
thanks a lot for your reply. OK, I will go for this option. To be honest I still do not see the motivation why I should experiment with “override this value”.
“Include this file” will quite definitely not have any possible impact on other webs – that is for sure. On my web… Can anything go wrong? Could it slow down its response times? Recently I had problems with performance so I am very careful here. In general after I click the button, is there any option how to revert such a move? I am 99% sure all will be fine but just to be close to 100%… π
Best regards

In reply to: [Custom Global Variables] Nested variables (shortcodes)Hi Abdullah,
Any follow up on this? I just had to change 20 of my pages manually and if I had this it would have been just one touch π
No pressure, I do not need to do this often (this was after update to Avada 5) but yeah, it would be nice π
All the best

In reply to: [Social Share Icons & Social Share Buttons] It doesn't workHi Andrew, Fair enough, I hear you and will avoid this kind of comments. Actually I never done it before so it will be easy to avoid it. I liked the factual core of Valentina’s feedback, I mean the description of the problem. That one is fair and factual. The only think I pointed out is rating 1 star before giving the authors the chance to react. I assume she/he/they spent many weeks/months developing the plugin so they deserve a decent treatment. Anyway I am nobody but rookie in WP world, so treating silently back. You are moderator, so you know best what the proper behavior is. As said I won’t comment in this direction anymore. Thanks and greetings to everybody involved, including Valentina – my apologies, it was not meant personally. All the best, Jan

In reply to: [Social Share Icons & Social Share Buttons] It doesn't workBeing self developer (not web dev though) I can only support what dartiss said above. Simply unfair @valentina17. Go and contact developers first before rating 1 star. Every other behaviour is nothing but arrogant imho.
@socialdude: Is not what Valentina meant the email icon bound to specificfeeds.com? One cannot unselect that one. I guess it is some part of your financial model – the cooperation with that site. Or is specificfeeds your another product? Can you please comment on that. If I got a chance I personally would rather disable it…

In reply to: [Translate WordPress - Google Language Translator] Fatal ErrorI just updated my site (http://clipa.vu), it does not seem to have any problems…
Understood. OK, I will switch off the feature for now and will eagerly wait for your next amazing plugin π Can I anywhere subscribe to learn about its availability? Do you have a name for it already?
Hello, thank you for the fast answer. Funny enough recently I asked my users for review of this new page and the very first reaction is exactly about this. He calls it ‘very annoying’ so it seems in the time being I see the only solution and that is to disable the popup completely.
Please let me understand. I am new in WordPress area and in your plugins but as far as I cool figure out the plugin I am requesting the feature on (Ultimate Social Media PLUS) is a successor of the older plugin called Ultimate Social Media and Share Icons. Are you saying you are working on just another, third one? Is it public already?
I think this feature is very crucial because never mind what kind of trigger your users will use they won’t ‘bother’ or ‘annoy’ their users with the popup more than once a day / session. If only possible please consider adding this feature in the Ultimate Social Media PLUS too.
Thank you and best regards
JanThank you. But HOW do I do it via your plugin? I am aware about downloads tracking feature of your plugin but HOW to do the completely custom ones? Can it be done in your plugin / in WordPress or do I need to go deeper to the code? Cheers, Jan
