You do have posts listed under the tag “Star Wars”, so the tagging itself is working. This is how WordPress tag lists appear in a url: http://meerkatmusings.co.uk/tag/star-wars/
I see a visible categories list but not tags. A nice way to make tags visible and clickable to readers are tag clouds (I’m a big fan of these). Tag cloud is one of the default widgets. You should see “Tag Cloud” as one of your widget options to add.
You could also create a custom menu with specific url’s to your tags such as http://meerkatmusings.co.uk/tag/star-wars/
