JanThanks for your comment.
Could you please send me a link to page that contains multiple comment forms?
Best regards,
JanThanks for your comment.
Please set “Comment paging links selector” to
#pagination aand upgrade to the latest developer version from here http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-ajaxify-comments.zip.
This should fix the paging problems and should also ajaxify the paging functionality, i.e. paging from one comment page to another should work without complete page loads.
Please try out the new developer version 0.23.1 from here http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-ajaxify-comments.zip.
Hope this helps…
Thanks, login data works. Posting comments works too. What is the exact problem?
As mentioned above the (red) request that returns a 500 HTTP Status code in the console isn’t a problem. WordPress returns a 500er error be design.
Best regards,
JanHi Mario,
the WPML team created a test page for me and I was able to translate the error messages using the (default) WPML string translation functionality. Could you please send me a link to your page because a need to see the URL structure of your page to since one need to add a workaround similar to this one http://wpml.org/forums/topic/cant-translate-error-message-of-wp-comments-post-php/ except that you do not need to add PHP code but you can use the options of my plugin.
Best regards,

Hi kais,
Could you please send me a link where I can reproduce the problem?
Thanks,
JanHi chadhamre,
Could you please send me a link where I can reproduce the problem?
Thanks,
JanHi tamas.antalkwikkfix.com, hi smartwebdev,
@tamas.antalkwikkfix.com:
WordPress returns a status code 500 (Internal Server Error) by design if the comment form was not filled out correctly (like empty comment or invalid e-mail address). So this is not a problem.
Could you please send me a link where I can reproduce the problem?@smartwebdev:
Setting the z-index (default is 1000) to a higher value could be necessary (depending on your theme or customizings). Nevertheless, I would not recommend to set the z-index to value larger than 2147483647 (http://www.puidokas.com/max-z-index/).Hope this helps…
Thanks for the link. Maybe I miss somethin, but I do not see any “#pings div” elemenst. Could you please try to explain your problem in more deatil?
Thanks for your feedback.
Maybe you can think about switching your review from 4 stars back to 5 stars :)…Thanks for the feedback and thanks for your donation!
Please try out the developer version from here http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-ajaxify-comments.zip. I’ve added a workaround that “replaces” the unnecessary page loads by a jump (resp. animated scrolling) to the comment (and updating the browser’s URL).
If it does not help, please leave me a message…
