  • Thank you for this plugin which has been operating successfully until this week. I am a novice. I asked DreamHost to have a look and this is what they replied:

    so they can further investigate and provide a resolution. I tried checking this line on the file wp-accessibility-stats.php and
    shows this:

    %3$s', 'wp-accessibility' ), $image_link, $date, $time ); Looks like there's a syntax error where %$2s should be %2$s so I tried

    troubleshooting from the plugin developers.

    I cannot complete a scan – it times out and I get the yellow bar. Tried the solutions in the help video, but still not working. Unable to connect back to server as well.

    None of that worked for me.
    Dreamhost upgraded their server and Mailpoet now says my activation key is already in use on another site. This is what I got from Dreamhost:

    For this case, I would recommend contacting MailPoet support, to help
    them know that the server for your site was upgraded to a new server, and
    is now on the server with IP address 107.180.255.251. The old server with
    IP address 67.205.24.217 will be deleted on April 5, 2022. I recommend
    asking them too if there's a way to unassign the same license key from
    the old server from their end.
    Regarding the MailPoet license, I tried running the command they provided
    on the server, and it just returns a HELO message:

    I also tried to get more details on the test, and there's no error from
    the results too:

    I have installed version 3 but now I have no subscribers or past newsletters. How long do I wait to see if migration has occurred. I can’t re-active version 2 which is really annoying.
