Ok I kinda solved it. Or rather I achieved what I wanted using a 301 redirect.
The only thing that I don’t like is the “one-page” look when I select static frontpage.
Till now I had the frontpage to be the blog page. And that was totally fine. But now there I havn’t a blog page anymore I don’t want to change the whole theme only for that reason.
I just want the frontpage to be without this teasers for the other pages. Just the nativ content of the page. In my case it is an about us page. So there is really no need to list the other content of the other pages on this one.
I believe it could be achieved by deleting some lines of code in one of the theme template files, but I can’t figure out which.

I solved it.
Turns out I accidently ticked a table to be not included in the migration. Plus I had to fix the index.php of the theme. I don’t even know why it wasn’t working. I just replaced it for test purposes with an older version and it worked.
All in all kinda embarrassing this careless mistakes 😀
…should definitly catch up on some sleep…Hope I didn’t steal to much of your time 😉
Thank you anyway.
Keep up the good work! 🙂
