I have the same problem here. Always when I try to upload the media file, it is uploaded several hundreds of times. It started to happen afte WP update to 4.0.
Is there any solution of this situation now?

In reply to: No widgetsThanks mutube. I installed new version. After that, all my Ads disappeared. Then I put my Adsense ID to Manage -> Ad units -> Edit Network.
Now: My new ad -> in sidebar is working well, but all the old ads are hidden somehow. T thought that’s because of new code for inserting, because I am using <!–adsense#ad-1–>, but now there is a new one mentioned <!–am#name–>. I tried this new, but without success.
