In reply to: Accessing recovery mode without the email linkYes, Recovery mode has saved my butt a couple of times already. I’m so glad they included that feature!
Thanks for the tip. I hired a freelancer because I was so stumped and he’s using a plugin as well and we’re using Mailgun as our provider. Hopefully, this will fix the issue. I’m literally currently waiting for my DNS entries to propagate so I can test it out!
I’ll keep you all posted as to how it goes.
Thanks again for your response Behemot2077!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product price not showing up on product pageJust a quick note. Even though the prices don’t show on my different variations if I select one and click on Add To Cart it has the right price on the Cart page. It’s just now showing up on the Product Detail pages. Strange huh?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!!

In reply to: [Theme My Login] ERROR: You must agree to our terms of use.Thank you for that tip. I had installed a Terms and Conditions plugin which I thought just created a page for Ts & Cs but it ended up integrating into the WooCommerce check out process and made it look really ugly! Anyway, thank you for your help! I love your plugin!
Thanks again!!
I have this same question. IT would be nice if it just included the name and email of the person who uploaded it.

In reply to: [Storefront] Horizontal line and spacingThat did it. Appreciate the support guys on a free theme. I know a lot of people just expect it, but I don’t. I’ve been on the other side of the coin. So keep up the good work!

In reply to: [Boot Store] I've lost my child menu systemRESOLVED. I disabled ALL my plugins. Deleted the theme, which I lost my customization, but hey, after installing it back and turning each plugin on and testing it, and so on and so on. Anyway, a clean install of the theme and it’s close cousin, Cart Press, and I was back up in minutes.
Just wanted to let you guys know what happened.
Before I go disabling everything, I’ve got to know one thing.
Can you adjust the width of the player? My player is just a little too long for my theme Wootique (A WooCommerce theme).
I really like your player, but at the same time I can’t just start disabling plugins unless I know I can customize the player a little more.
Thanks so much,

In reply to: [Total Control HTML5 Audio Player Basic] Will not playI have the same problem. I was going to buy the Premium version but if the basic fundamental functions don’t work, I think I just saved myself $6. lol
